will finish should the pupil leave the school.

Grade D, Points 3 & 4
FTE- £18,065 to £18,426
Pro rata salary - £11,188 to £11,668

HOURS: 27 hours, 30 minutes per week
Monday 8.25 am to 3.15 pm, Tuesday – Thursday 8.35 am to 3.15 pm,
Friday 8.35 am to 3.05 pm

We are looking for:
A Teaching Assistant to join our team to support a specific child in Year 5 with attachment difficulties.

You will:
• be looking for a challenging role, but with the reward of seeing your key-child progress and flourish,
• possess a sense of humour and not be easily shocked,
• be a resilient person who has a positive sense of self,
• understand - or be willing to undergo training and self-research about – the effects of insecure attachment upon a child,
• be willing and able to build a trusting, working relationship with the child,
• be able to think on your feet,
• be passionate and committed to making a difference to children who have diverse needs,
• recognise that children have very different and individual needs and be able to tailor your provision accordingly,
• possess a balanced approach to difficulties, using both nurture and structure.
