Remote Learning

In November 2020, we implemented a distance learning platform to enable us to efficiently and effectively  communicate with pupils who need to isolate, who are a part of a bubble closure or who are at home due to government imposed school closures.

We have opted to use Microsoft Teams as our remote learning platform which is accessed online (using Microsoft Edge works best) via https://www.office.com/ . To access this, pupils require a Microsoft 365 email address which we have set up and provided to all pupils; however, for safeguarding reasons, this email address cannot be used for anything other than accessing Teams within our secure school system.

We appreciate that this way of working is very new for most pupils and parents (it is certainly new for all staff!) but please do not panic. We will learn together and make this work to minimise impact on the children. Click here to access the SEJ Teams guide for parents and carers.

Remote learning intended timetables

Here are our main weekly timetables but there may be changes to cater for the needs of the pupils or to respond to current affairs. The order of the lessons is not set to provide families with the flexibility to complete them when it suits their routines and commitments.
